Some people prefer to stay at home remain a place that has 5 stars. Others could not imagine staying anywhere more elegant than a place of the hostel. Some of those who would like to stay in the luxury resort can not afford.
Before traveling, you need to determine your budget and style of travel. What kind of style you like will help you determine where you can afford to travel and for how long. My wife and I planned a trip to Hawaii before the birth of our first child. After looking at our budget, we had to decide that a road trip to San Diego would be a better option.
One if by Land, Two If by Sea ... Three if By Air?
Do you like road trips? If so, how about a domestic route. If you like the outdoors or history can visit the national parks. If you like sports consider a visit to golf ball more or less in the league. If you like the lights of the big city would be a trip to New York, Chicago or Las Vegas be at your fingertips?
Like cruises? Remember to pack and unpack once and let your hotel (boat) to go from port to port. East Coast of the United States, Bermuda and the Caribbean are easily accessible. The west coast of Mexico and Alaska offer very different holiday.
If you like to fly and you can afford, then in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America guests.
Europe offers familiarity for American visitors, but with a lot of history. Europe offers destinations the family to London and Paris to lesser-known destinations such as Croatia, Slovenia and Estonia. You must be ready to respond to any language or conduct of the other side of the road.
Africa offers unforgettable wildlife experiences or the wonders of ancient Egypt. You can also visit the ancient rock-hewn churches of Ethiopia or outside destinations such as Timbuktu. It will take many trips to get more out of your comfort zone.
Asia offers ancient cultures and new economic powers. Your trip can be overwhelming in places like New Delhi, which will test even the most seasoned travelers or insurance the most familiar destinations like Singapore.
South America offers a better exchange rate than Europe, but less political stability. It offers European style cities like Buenos Aires or ancient Inca cities such as Machu Picchu.
One thing I learned from the conclusion of the amateur traveler for over three years is that there are many more places to go than I had thought. I never came to mind:
* Go to Tonga and swim with the whales.
* Check stone churches in Ethiopia.
* Take a night tour of Petra in Jordan.
* See the wild horses of Mongolia.
The more I learn about travel to the places I want to go. What is the best place to travel? For me, it's always the next place.
